Bookings MORE than 3 weeks away:

Tickets sold are strictly non-refundable and non exchangeable. An exception can be made for date exchanges, for tickets that are more than 3 weeks away. An admin fee of $20 is required.

 

Covid-19 /Stay Home Notice/ Quarantine Order:

If you are tested positive for Covid-19 or have to serve SHN/QO, we will not be able to refund or exchange for another date. We can assist on a transfer if you wish to pass it on to someone else. Alternatively, if you wish make a re-booking, we can offer a rate of $86.40 per person, just to cover cost instead of the full ticket amount.
